We are seeking a motivated, experienced Head of department to lead our Ward Team in delivering high standards of patient care.

The role of the ward manager is a key position within our team where your specialist knowledge, clinical leadership skills and passion for Nursing will inspire and encourage the team to deliver the high standards of patient care that we are renowned for.

Key Accountabilities for the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that our clinical care is excellent and provide specialised nursing expertise and clinical leadership.
You will take the lead on Governance compliance.
You will need to have relevant experience in a management/leader role.
You would be required to participate in the clinical on call rota and will need to be flexible with regard to working hours.
You will encourage life-long learning and career development within the team
