Established in 1988, our reputable Nursing and Domiciliary Care Agency have been delivering
high-quality healthcare staffing and home care services for over three decades. Due to
continued growth, we are urgently recruiting an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to
support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence, compliance, recruitment,
and business development.

The Role

As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Registered
Agency Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day management and growth of the agency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who combines strong
clinical knowledge with leadership and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Support the Managing Director and Registered Agency Manager in daily business
operations.

✔ Assess service users' needs and contribute to the delivery of safe, person-centred care.

✔ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff across the agency.

✔ Participate in CQC compliance activities, inspections, audits, and quality assurance
processes.

✔ Liaise with Local Authorities, NHS partners, and other stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Midwife

• Holds a current NMC registration with an active and unrestricted PIN

• Has previous management or supervisory experience within healthcare, nursing,

domiciliary care, or agency settings

• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Has knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and healthcare quality
standards

• Is commercially aware and able to support business growth and service development

• Can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a management team
