To provide and deliver a customer service to a world class level for our patients, visitors and consultants. As a Staff Nurse in Imaging, you will coordinate, assist in clinics and ensure the highest quality of clinical practice and patient care.
You will be working in Imaging rotating in Ultrasound, shard & London Bridge @ Guys
This is a full-time role working 37.5hrs per week Mon-Fri

Duties and Responsibilities
The post holder is accountable to adhere to the NMC standards
To rota to both sites for LBH & the Shard Outpatients when required
Appropriately manages departmental resources
Recognise and take appropriate action in emergency situations
Ensure that appropriate national guidelines and HCA corporate clinical policy are adhered to in relation to the administration of medicines.
Take charge of the shift in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse or Manager
Assist in organisation of clinics to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Assist in Nurse led clinics
Ensure correct labelling and transport of specimens
Proficient in Venepuncture
Proficient in Wound Care Management
Chaperoning and assisting medical staff
Carry out observations, investigations and treatments as required
Closing and opening of OPD
Skills and Experience
Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Flexibility to respond to the needs of the department
Good team player, motivating and empowering junior staff
Ability to work under pressure
Evidence of updating clinical skills/knowledge
Evidence of professional and personal development
