Sister/Charge Nurse – Outpatients
London: London Bridge Hospital( Outpatients Satellite sites, based at 31 & 120 Old Broad Street but needs to be flexible to work at any of the other satellite sites)
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, covering 8am–8pm (varied shift patterns, some shifts from 7.30am)
Permanent contract
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
We’re looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Outpatients team at 31 & 120 Old Broad Street (London Bridge Hospital satellite sites) currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse in Outpatients, you’ll lead a small, close-knit team dedicated to delivering outstanding care and a seamless patient journey. You’ll manage the department day to day, balancing clinical leadership with hands-on care, and play a key role in supporting and mentoring colleagues. You’ll ensure the highest standards of practice, drive quality improvement, and help shape the future of our service. What you’ll bring:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
Extensive outpatient and hospital experience essential
Experience managing a clinical area (Outpatients) and leading a team essential
Mentorship training, teaching and assessing skills
Up-to-date clinical knowledge and commitment to professional development
