Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse with experience of administering Flu Vaccinations to join their Occupational Health team. Working hours for this role will be 8am – 2pm Monday – Friday and the trust is open to either full time or part time candidates for this role however it is essential that you will be able to commit to consistent shifts until December 2023. The role is split between 2 sites (Uxbridge and High Wycombe) so a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is also essential.

What you will be responsible for 

  • The main purpose of this will be to visit both hospital sites mentioned about and administer flu vaccinations to staff members. 

The role will involve, but not limited to you performing the above. 

You will have the following qualification/experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid employment as a Registered Nurse with experience of administering flu vaccinations for UK hospital environment within the last 3 years 
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices 
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines 
  • Undertake regular mandatory training* 
  • Full UK drivers licence and own vehicle.

*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
