We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager with a special focus on JACIE accreditation to join our governance team at London Bridge Hospital. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment across the site and division to maintain and support JACIE and HTA compliance for our Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation/Cellular Therapy Programme.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring JACIE compliance and support to maintain HTA compliance plus other regulatory requirements as necessary, for the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Programmes. This includes:Managing and maintaining the Quality management system
Investigation of applicable incidents and deviations from protocols
Overseeing the local audits pertaining to the programme
Reviewing documentation and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure standards are consistently met, and where possible exceeded.
Lead JACIE oversight meetings to ensure persistent compliance with standards in between inspections.
Ensure external stakeholders, including labs, meet requirements and escalate concerns for review in a timely manner.
Produce regular quality reports to monitor effectiveness of the service line.
Project manage service improvement programmes to further develop the service line.
Support clinical colleagues to meet requirements and identify training needs.
Ensure business continuity plans for the service line are up to date and available for clinical teams.
Must be available outside of standard 9-5 working patterns to support and attend regular Multidisciplinary Team meetings.
Skills and Experience
Experience working in the field of haematology and/or transplantation with in-depth knowledge of transplant and cellular therapy treatments.
Experience of JACIE standards and assessments and ability to manage an accreditation cycle.
Experience of working under a HTA license and supporting an inspection.
Demonstrable internal and external stake holder engagement skills, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proven experience of delivering training to clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
In depth understanding of the QPulse quality management system and ability to develop and maintain procedures and protocols.
Ability to horizon scan externally to ensure future developments are discussed to consider adoption.
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing and to motivate and influence others.
Proven history of working to consistently high standards.
