Outpatient Sister / Charge Nurse

Outpatients Clinical Nurse Manager 
London: Princess Hospital, 30 Devonshire Street, London Digestive Centre and Institute of Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) 
Full time: 37.5 hours per week    
Shift times: Monday –Friday core hours (Flexibility required to cover hours between 8am – 8.00pm if needed)   
Permanent contract   
Salary: Competitive (DOE)    
    
We’re looking for an Outpatients Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Princess Grace's Outpatient Department.    
    
The Princess Grace Hospital Outpatient Centres include the London Digestive Centre, 30 Devonshire Street and Institute of Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH). 
Our Outpatient Centres have consultations rooms and treatment rooms where minor procedures can be carried out to support a range of specialties (including but not limited to Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Digestive Diseases). 
The Outpatients Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for supporting the Matron/ Deputy CNO in ensuring delivery of high quality and efficient outpatient services, delivering key quality performance and financial plans and service enhancements. 
You will also be expected to cover clinical work and managerial responsibilities within the working role.

What you’ll bring:     
NMC Registered Nurse Level 1    

Management experience    

Previous experience in an outpatient department or large service at a senior level 

Understanding of clinical audit processes/service improvement 

Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care 

Strong communication skills 

Ability to manage, motivate, support, develop and lead the department 

A focus on positive patient and user experience 

Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission 

Ability to implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
