Role Overview
Join Health Partners Group as an experienced Occupational Health Physiotherapist within our dynamic musculoskeletal team. Based on-site at JLR Solihull's award-winning Centre for Wellbeing (CfW), you will support employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) health concerns and injuries.

The CfW offers a comprehensive 'one-stop-shop' for reactive and preventative employee wellbeing services, focusing on MIND, BODY, and LIFE pillars. Your role will involve minimising illness, injury, and absence while aiding physical and psychological recovery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for MSK conditions.
  • Classify MSK disorders into work-relatedness categories.
  • Prepare fitness-to-work reports, recommending adjustments where necessary.
  • Lead rehabilitation exercise classes.
  • Conduct DSE assessments and recommend changes or equipment as needed.
  • Identify workplace hazards and assess MSK health risks.
  • Perform ergonomic risk assessments with Safety, Health & Environment teams.
  • Advise on workplace changes to improve health outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough assessment and treatment records.
  • Support health promotion events and collect statistical data for reports.

Essential Requirements:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum 4 years' post-graduate experience, including 2+ years in MSK care.
  • Strong ergonomics and occupational health experience.
  • Proficient IT skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer-focused approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Post-graduate training in Occupational Health or Ergonomics.
  • Membership of CSP and ACPOHE.

Hours:
Full-time (37.5 hours/week): Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-4pm (1-hour lunch); Friday, 7:30am-1pm.

Location:
On-site at JLR Solihull's Centre for Wellbeing.
