With the nationally-accredited Preceptorship Academy, you’ll get all the training you need to progress into a Band 6 role.
Our Preceptorship Academy can support you to develop your skills, confidence and knowledge in a safe and supportive environment. The programme combines training, reflection, peer support and an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the workplace.
We are accepting applications from nurses based both in the UK and around the world.
Band five nurses start on £28,407 p/a, going up to £30,639 after two years and £34,581 after five.
