We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our 14-bed (soon to be 16) Cardiac Ward at the prestigious Harley Street Clinic, which is currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting your Registered Nurse colleagues in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
What You'll Do:
Assist, under supervision, in the delivery of fundamental nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Contribute to the implementation and progression of various patient treatment and care programs as delegated by a registered healthcare provider, reporting back on progress.
Assist with clinical duties to ensure the effective running of the ward/department.
Maintain your personal development with support from the ward/departmental manager.

What you'll bring:
NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent
Significant experience within a care setting environment/NHS or Private Hospital is essential
Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
