Location: London, Sarah Cannon Research Institute
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs/week (Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse or Clinical Trial Practitioner with proven experience in oncology trials to support our growing portfolio of early-phase studies.

Role Overview

You will deliver expert care to patients participating in clinical trials and play a key role in trial coordination, patient safety, and protocol adherence. This includes:
Planning, implementing, and evaluating research care for oncology patients
Acting as a key worker for trial participants, offering support throughout their treatment
Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical standards
Collaborating with investigators and multidisciplinary teams
Monitoring and managing side effects of investigational therapies
Supporting recruitment and contributing to high-quality trial delivery

What We’re Looking For

NMC registration (if applying as a Registered Nurse)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical research, including early-phase trials
Oncology trials experience – essential
Chemotherapy competency (SACT Passport) if a Registered Nurse
Experience in developing clinical pathways and policies
