Business Relations Manager

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience | Fulwood Hall Hospital in Preston | 37.5 hrs | Permanent

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Relations Manager to join our team.

This is a Senior position with direct reports and as the Business Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, managing a small team and enhancing the hospital's market presence. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen business relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and partnership development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in a business development or relationship management role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital or healthcare services setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and market dynamics in the UK.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel
