The MRC Epidemiology Unit was set up in October 2003 to study the genetic and environmental determinants of obesity, diabetes & related metabolic disorders. The Unit is currently performing several large scale observational studies, within both adult & paediatric volunteers, at our state of the art clinical testing facilities across Cambridgeshire.
