New Hyper Acute Stroke Centre.
One of just eight Hyper Acute Stroke Units in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />London providing rapid assessment and treatment for stroke, this new centre will be leading the way. As well as offering new and innovative forms of patient care to guarantee the best possible clinical outcomes, we will be offering specialist training programmes for nurses. Our focus is on developing the nursing leaders of the future: expert in managing stroke and expert in managing people and resources. After all, what use are the best facilities if we don’t have the best people to work with them?
