We are currently seeking a highly motivated and well organised individual to join our Community Health Service within British Forces Germany (BFG) in providing a modern, quality led integrated health care provision to military personnel and their families domiciled in Germany.
In this post you will lead, and be responsible for the development of, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), working in partnership with colleagues in mental health, primary care and other agencies to provide a seamless service that delivers individualised patient-centred care. You will be required to provide Child & Adolescent Mental Health therapeutic interventions, and work in collaboration with education, social services and other allied agencies. You will work predominantly at Tier 1 & 2 and will have a good working knowledge of Tier 3 & 4.
To succeed you will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with demonstrable post qualification CAMHS experience in a communitysetting. You will also have experience of multidisciplinary working and
care co-ordination and caseload management experience. A good
knowledge and understanding of the current issues facing Child
Mental Health services in the UK are also essential, as is a full driving
licence and a willingness to drive to other locations within BFG.
