Green Care Management is recruiting for a Staff Nurse for a nursing home for older people in Smethwick, West Midlands. It is a small 25 bed home for older people with a variety of needs
The role involves working within a nursing unit providing all nursing needs to residents including care planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
You will be RGN qualified, and must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to perform regular supervision to junior staff. You will have previous experience as you will be the only nurse on shift, managing a team of care assistants
Full time hours are available, working either 3 or 4 nights per week.
