Our client is a small healthcare provider who provide care and support for older people through a network of residential care homes community services. The nurse and residential home with dementia care is situated within the Coventry area and benefits from close links with the local community.
They are recruiting an experienced nurse manager with a proven track record with cqc at a senior level within a care home environment, which includes direct line management for clinical staff, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.
Good communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload are essential. Above all you will need to demonstrate empathy towards older people and an understanding of their needs. You will be an experienced registered manager who is a 1st level nurse, ideally with NVQ4/RMA along with proven management experience in a similar care home setting.
