Working at the forefront of patient care, we offer a busy and supportive environment, competitive salaries, good career development opportunities and access to a wide range of benefits including key worker housing and on-site nursery facilities.

This is an exciting chapter of transformation in the Emergency Department team at Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Trust (BHRUT). We are in the middle of a transformation journey focussing on the Emergency Care Pathway as part of our RESET Programme (Rapid End-to-end Sustainable Emergency Transformation) and seek an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Lead Nurse to join the Emergency Department team.

You will have a huge influence in improving patient safety and experience through the application of best practices in clinical quality, leading and developing nursing staff and supporting the effective operational running and flow of the Emergency Department. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of commitment to improving patient experience and proven ability to drive change.
