General Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff effectively and efficiently
• Deputises for the manager when absent
• On-going personal development
• Co-ordinate the daily running of the department
• Train and support junior staff
• Evaluate and respond to emergency situations
• Implement and evaluate patients
• Assess and deliver patient care independently
Requirements:
• RGN / ODP
• Theatre experience at a senior level is essential
• Significant speciality experience within Orthopaedics
• Leadership or management and mentorship qualification along with evidence of relevant professional development
