Internationally renowned for clinical excellence, this hospital provides an exciting challenge for an enthusiastic Charge Nurse looking to work in a busy Intensive Care Unit.
General Responsibilities:
• Clinically manage and lead the department
• Provide a high quality service of nursing care to critically ill patients
• Pro-active with a high level of skill in managing change
• Provide Critical Care Outreach support and be a member of the cardiac arrest team
Requirements:
• Eligible for NMC registration/registered
• Postgraduate Critical Care Course (ENB 100 or equivalent)
• Mentorship
• Clinical leadership experience essential
• Intensive Care qualification is essential
