Location – The Wilmslow Hospital 52-55 Alderley Road, Wilmslow SK9 1NY

This role is a 37.5 hours per week Monday – Saturday
Operating Times: 06:00- 21:00

Shift Patterns: Early shift 7.30- 18:00; 10:00-20:00; 12:00-21:00

Salary range Up to £36,000 per year + 4 % shift allowance this will be dependent on experience + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

We are looking to recruit experienced and committed Theatre Scrub Practitioners to join our friendly operating theatre team at The Wilmslow Hospital. You will be working with highly experienced expert consultants and nurses. The Hospital has recently expanded its services from day stay surgeries, to include overnight stays

Duties and Responsibilities

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures including Gastroenterology, ENT ear, nose and throat, haematology, urology, plastic surgery, orthopaedic care and gynaecology.

You will actively participate as a member of a team to move the team towards completion of tasks, goals, and objectives; demonstrate leadership and influence others to be the best they can be and inspire our colleagues and patients; and deliver information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to effectively engage others and achieve desired results.

Ideally you will be an Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse and be used to working in teams and with minimum supervision.
