Ward B2 are looking for a proactive, caring and recovery focused registered nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. We are currently based in Worksop although there are plans for the ward to move to a purpose-built building out the outskirts of Mansfield in the future.
As an adult acute ward, we are often fast paced and place strong values on our abilities to communicate well with professionals, patients and their loved ones. Successful candidates will be taking on an important role in the care planning, delivery and assessment for our patients.
The ward is currently 24 beds with a mix of male and females. Applicants need to present a degree of flexibility to support people with an array different mental health needs within a busy ward environment, as well as being aware of the safeguarding procedures that may be required.
The ward team prides themselves in working in a way that is collaborative, evidenced based and responsive to people’s needs. A robust supervision and training offer are in place to support your practice and personal development needs. Your health and well-being is a priority and vital to achieving high standards of care for the people that access our services and their loved ones and multiple benefits are available to aid this. If you are interested in joining a team that is passionate and dedicated, Ward B2 is the ideal choice for you.
