Working Pattern: Combination of earlies, lates and nights, will include some weekends.
Permanent Contract; Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Part-time requests are also welcomed.
Competitive Salary, C£36500 - £40000, depending on skills and experience.
Additional Shift Enhancement will also be paid for out of hours

Summary of role
The environment at Princess Grace has been designed to enhance the patient experience and enable the clinical teams to deliver excellent care at all times a strong team togetherness approach.
Working on a 26-bed private patient exclusive first-class facility, allocated for Breast, Gynae, and Urology. With a low patient to nurse ratio numbers, you have the time to care for patients, and will be surrounded by a dedicated specialist team including; Charge Nurses, Clinical Nurse Specialists, dedicated Clinical Practice Facilitators, Ward Manager and Matron.
Having this strong network around you, you fully meet the needs of your patients and their families and build stringent client relationships with private practice Medical Consultants.
As a Senior Staff Nurse your objective is being the role model, demonstrate great clinical practice at all times, support and develop staff nurses, set a clear example to focus on the private patient experience, patient outcomes, quality care initiatives.
You will assess, plan, document and deliver a high-end customer service personalised safe and professional care and promote great communication and teamwork so that everyone is empowered and encouraged to work collaborative and strive for clinical excellence. This includes deputising for the Charge Nurse on occasion. You will also be inspired by the expertise of your leadership team, and the opportunity of pathways of progression, for those showing, compassion, commitment and initiative.
Understand the private patient admission and discharge processes. Contribute to the development of services, new ways of working and the implementation of change.

To be Adult Register NMC Nurse, degree level qualified desirable, but not essential.
Evidence of ongoing professional development or working towards.
A broad range of post-qualification Surgical Ward experience.
Happy to work with Medical patients also.
