As Senior Charge Nurse you will lead and support a team of nursing staff in the delivery of evidence based, person - centred care, whilst demonstrating a commitment to improving service delivery.
You will be a Registered Nurse, with a first degree or evidence of continuous professional development at SCQF Level 9. Experience within a surgical/orthopaedic/medical/rehabilitation environment is essential. Candidates will require to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
