As an RN, you'll maintain a safe, supportive environment for the people in your care, ensuring their conditions are managed in the best way. You'll rely on your decision-making skills to protect service users and handle crises calmly. This role is varied - no two days will be the same - with responsibilities ranging from developing care plans and administering medicine to supporting teams of care assistants.

You'll be joining a team of healthcare workers who'll ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals with mental health issues. To be eligible to apply for this Registered Nurse job, you'll need to have the relevant nursing qualifications plus current NMC registration and over six months' post-qualification experience of caring for service users in various settings.
