GBP30,730 per annum + Time & half enhancements
Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist nurse-led provider who started as a healthcare training provider for overseas and became a nurse-led care organisation who specialises in providing care for those with complex needs by delivering clinical excellence in their search for a Registered Nurse; their facilities specifically cater to younger and older adults with complex needs arising from mental ill health, developmental disorders, neuro-disability, autism, learning disability and major trauma.
The facility is comprised of:
*Two 10 bedded units in total with an excellent Registered Nurse to patient ratio levels 1:1.8 and in some cases better.
Your role as a Registered Nurse is as follows:
*Oversee support and nursing staff
*Leading a shift and acting as a point of contact for your patients MDT team and family members as a confident named nurse
*Your role will factor in supernumerary time to complete clinical governance tasks.
