About the Role
The Portland Hospital for Women and Children are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Quality Matron for Paediatrics to join the Governance Team on a 1-year fixed term contract/ secondment. The post holder will have experience as a senior nurse within a paediatric hospital and have a passion for Patient Safety and Patient Experience.

Skills & Experience
Registered Paediatric Nurse
Evidence of continued learning either with a masters or working towards one
Able to evidence that they are an inclusive leader with high professional standards.
Demonstrable evidence in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Experience in patient experience initiatives including with children and young people.
Evidence of operational oversight including development of clinical care pathways and contribution to standard operating procedures.
