Prison Lead Nurse
Prison Lead Nurse
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to manage our custodial healthcare services. This is a highly varied role that offers the opportunity to utilise a broad range of nursing and leadership skills, primarily in primary care, mental health, and occasional emergency situations.
In this role you will lead a small, motivated healthcare team, work with prison leadership to ensure smooth healthcare delivery, and drive continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for a clinically experienced nurse ready to advance their leadership skills.
A strong background in custodial healthcare is desirable but not essential as we will consider applicants with either primary care, ED or mental health experience. If you are passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
