Permanent 37.5hrs PW (Mon-Sat)
Salary - £30,888-£38,090 (Dependent on Skills & Experience) + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
About the Role
As the Paediatric & Adult Registered Junior Sister you will provide clinical leadership and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to children & Adults and their families. You will be undertaking delegated responsibility for the department in the absence of the Department Lead and work to promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice.
As a band 6 Junior Sister you will lead & coordinate in all paediatric Clinical Audits working both with Children and Adults in the Diagnostics Outpatients Department
Skills & Experience:
Dual trained (adult and paediatric) registered nurse.
NMC Registration for both adult and paediatric nursing.
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Outpatients/Sports Injuries experience desirable
