Our Nurse Night Coordinator Role is to provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the ward nursing team. Shift/resource management in capacity of Senior Nurse on site

Accept responsibility for the hospital wards and liaise with the Senior Nurse on Call/Senior Manager on Call/Registered Clinician on Call basis within the framework of the on call structure.
Manage the achievements and maintenance of the Care Standards Act.
Provide managerial leadership to Registered Nurses on night shift to ensure all night shift tasks and allocated Primary Nursing duties are conducted.
Monitor the performance and conduct of staff and to take corrective action when necessary. This will include, where appropriate, involvement in the disciplinary process
