This is a new and exciting role, working at the heart of Ashgate’s award-winning clinical services team to develop and deliver our specialist palliative and end of life care, for communities across North Derbyshire. This is an expert role in specialist palliative and end of life care, offering advice and guidance to our dedicated nursing staff who last year supported more than 2,200 patients.
