Description

Our proactive, student centred Mental Health team are expanding and we are recruiting an additional mental health adviser to join our fantastic team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a caseload of individuals with a range of, often complex, mental health conditions and concerns. You will have the ability to listen non-judgmentally, signpost and refer effectively and manage risk appropriately. This is essential to ensure our service remains a safe and effective route for students in need. 

You will have a relevant professional qualification in the field of mental health and be registered with a professional body. Skills in managing complex caseloads and delivery of psychoeducation and low-level interventions are essential requirements for this role.
