Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing

Solent University is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of teaching excellence for our nursing programmes. This is a full time role with a focus on teaching and pedagogy with some involvement in research and innovation. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective skills to support trainee nurses to have a clear vision of the future nurse, contributing to safe person-centred care and to meet the NMC standards for registration. The role includes designing and delivering education and assessment through blended learning and through the use of simulation.

We are seeking someone who is student focused placing high quality emphasis on the educational experience whilst working in collaboration with our partners and providers. The successful candidate will be a current registrant with the NMC and have experience of contemporary healthcare practice.
