As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Chesterfield House as a Nurse working 37.5 hours per week (12.5 hour shifts), where you will change lives for the better.

The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 12.5 hours a day,
Where you will be working:
Location: Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, LN6 9SP
You will be working at Chesterfield House, a Learning Disability and Autism service which provides care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs.
All services are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move towards more independent living.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team at Chesterfield House to provide person centred and care planned outcome focused interventions to support recovery to better health and greater independence. We facilitate engagement in the community and the opportunity to develop new lifestyle choices to improve self-esteem and confidence.
