As part of our international business strategy, we have acquired a building located at 33 Grosvenor Place in central London’s Belgravia. We are delighted to have been granted planning approval to convert the existing building into our first healthcare facility in London, expanding the international delivery of our specialized medical care. We will provide further updates on Cleveland Clinic London, as the construction process progresses.
The Lead Case Manager will support the Director of Acute and Ambulatory Care in delivering the Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) key performance targets in relation to quality, patient experience and cost-effective service delivery. The post holder is responsible for leading an effective and proactive Case Management team whilst integrating with operational managers and the multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will recognise the individuality of each patient and the distinctive features in which each person’s experience impacts on their life, physically and psychologically. Respecting patients’ and their family’s values, culture and beliefs, the manager will implement innovative and flexible solutions to achieve organisational objectives whilst providing patients with a seamless transition between acute and secondary care.
