Salary: GBP45,700 per annum (GBP20.00 p/ hour) + excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time- 44 hours per week

The home is ideally situated within easy reach of local shops, amenities and public transport links. The staff at the home are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to the residents and the manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a forward thinking and leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes in Oswestry, Shropshire. The service provides person centred care for older people who are physically frail and provide personalised care packages for a range of care needs, including for people with physical disabilities. Nursing and residential care is also provided for those living with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home and the highest quality of care at all times.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
