The College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare (CNMH) delivers pre-registration nursing (Adult, Mental Health, Learning disabilities and Children’s), Midwifery, Operating Department Practice and Paramedic Science courses across Berkshire and London and it also has a wide ranging CPPD course provision.

You will lead the delivery and continuing development of the innovative MSc Dementia Care and contribute to the integration and teaching of older persons care and dementia care within modules and/or courses (pre-registration and CPD), offered by the College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare.

As a member of the academic team, you will assist in the development of the professional, academic, research and scholarly profile of CNMH. Where appropriate you will also support learners and mentors/supervisors in clinical practice.

You will hold a Masters degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare subject and have recent clinical experience caring for the elderly and people with dementia. You will have experience of teaching and assessment in a clinical or higher education setting.  Ideally you will be a registered practitioner with the NMC/ HCPC or other professional regulator. HEA Fellowship are desirable but not essential.
