Charge Nurse (RMN) WITH £5,000 Welcome Bonus

We require a full time Charge Nurse (RMN) to lead and support our team of rehabilitation assistants and undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.



* A recognised mentoring certificate (desirable)


* Experience in a supervisory role

* At least 3 years post registration experience

* The ability to assess and teach junior staff

* A proven ability to co-ordinate care, prioritise tasks and manage health & safety issues

* The drive to learn and develop

* A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
