Case Manager (Clinical/Medical) - Leeds - EU Exit

The Case Manager will be responsible for leading the investigation and resolution of complex supply cases. This role will involve working with clinical experts, supply chain experts and other stakeholders to manage a case investigation team to identify and deliver supply solutions

* respond promptly to new complex cases raised through the escalation process and managing them through to closure

* establish initial Core Response Teams for initial case investigation and impact assessment

* mobilise Core Response Teams of Clinical and Supply Chain experts and other relevant parties. I manage regular meetings and calls at pace to drive prompt resolution recommendations
