Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are currently looking for an experienced Care Support Worker (Band 3) with experience of working in an adult mental health to join their team based in Aylesbury. The trust is open to consider candidates looking for either part or full time hours and have a variety of shift options available for the next 12 weeks.

About the Trust 

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides physical, mental health and social care for all ages. Areas covered within the Trust are Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North Somerset. Services delivered within Community Bases, Hospitals, Clinics and within People’s homes, focusing on delivering care as close to home as possible.

You will have the following qualification/experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Band 3 Care Support Worker for a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years OR
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Band 3 Care Support Worker for a UK Hospital environment within the last 12 years PLUS a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social care.
  • Specific adult mental health experience.
  • Undertake regular mandatory training* 

*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
