From NHS Trusts and medical centres in the UK, to medical regiments and Field Hospitals on overseas operations, our nurses provide vital primary and secondary healthcare across the world.

To apply as an Army Nurse, you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or be enrolled on a course that will result in Nurse and Midwifery Council registration. From the first year of your course, you could even be eligible for our Officer Bursary, worth £2,000 a year.

If you apply as a Student Nurse, we can offer you a full-time, three-year course at Birmingham City University, with:

  • Tuition fees paid for
  • Full-time salary while at university
  • Subsidised accommodation costs
  • Monthly food allowance
