999 Clinical Paramedic / Nurse Advisor Telephone triage Wales

Your new company Hays Healthcare require MTS Trained Clinical Advisors for an NHS 999 emergency operations centre in Wales.

Your new role
As a clinical advisor you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using the Manchester Triage assessment software, you will review symptom based and health information enquiries, provide basic advice and health information, and assess urgency and priority. What you'll need to succeed You will be required to liaise with other healthcare professionals such as paramedics, police and mental health services.

Shifts will typically be 10-12 hours long and will include days, nights, and weekends.

Interviews and registration with Hays are available immediately for suitable candidates.
To be considered for this role you must:

- Have current or previous experience of using MTS software
- Be a registered paramedic or general nurse with a HCPC or NMC pin What you need to do now
