Location: Yapton, West Sussex
Salary: GBP33,900 per annum (GBP17.50 per hour)
Hours: Full-time- 37.5 hours
Shifts: Days only

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Yapton. This small specialised care home with nursing provides care for elderly residents and patients with a range of physical disabilities. The Home Manager is looking for a driven Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside the manager ensuring the smooth running of the home at all times. Staff morale at the home is high and the home boasts a good CQC rating.
Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
