Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Priory Calverton Hill provides acute adult mental health services, delivered in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust, at our purpose built facility in Arnold.  After two years of successfully providing services for women, we opened a second service in May on behalf of the Trust, for male patients. We also have medium secure services on site for patients with Learning Disability, and we are looking to develop other service types in the future.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Nursing to join us in this key role as part of the Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse, with at least five years’ relevant experience, and hold a current Registered nurse qualification (ideally RMN). You will have outstanding knowledge and experience of nursing leadership, the ability to deliver compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, Key Performance Indicators and other quality standards. With strong people management skills and the ability to develop and maintain relations with a wide range of stakeholders, you will lead, enhance and deliver our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with Priory Group, the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health services.

Our benefits:

A competitive salary

30 days annual leave plus bank holidays

A Group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP)

Private Medical Insurance Scheme

Personal health insurance

An employee assistance programme

Comprehensive induction and commitment to ongoing learning and development

Online benefits and cashback rewards

Cycle to work scheme

In return for your expertise and hard work you can move onto a career pathway to suit your ambitions and further your career at Priory.
