We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal, communication, decision making and time management skills, to join us as a Full Time Branch Nurse.

Interserve Healthcare will offer you the chance to step away from a busy ward setting, and shift style rota's and spend time in a one-to-one environment with our young clients. You will manage the Client's care packages, review client's care needs and train / assess staff competencies.

This is an office based role and will involve travelling to clients within your caseload, giving you the opportunity to build a relationship with clients and meet the care staff working with them. A great reason to choose this role is that it is varied. You will split your time between visiting client's homes, meeting with local authorities and supporting care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• To work independently, managing a caseload and reporting to the Registered Manager
• Initial and on-going assessment of clients care needs
• Ensure all clients have up to date client centred care plans that are accessible to the whole team and provide the standard of care expected of the company
• On-going assessment, coordination and clinical management of care packages
• Regular communication with the wider Multi Disciplinary Team
• Review and maintenance of clinical documentation
• Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of care is clinically suitable
• Teaching and assessing of skills for care staff
• Work with patients/clients who have a range of clinical needs

We are looking for a nurse who could lead the on-going clinical competencies for our Care Staff. This role would include care of our clients and service users clinically ensuring high standards of patient centred care are delivered by our teams of well trained care staff. You will have close contact with the care staff and clients, in their own homes, to monitor and supervise the care staff's care practice as well as office duties and on site duties.

Driving is essential for this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

If you have a Valid NMC pin and any of the following we want to hear from you:

* Registered Sick Children's Nurse, Registered Paediatric Nurse, Dual Trained Nurse - 2 years post registration experience

* Have a caring and compassionate attitude

* Are attentive, organised and can manage their own workload

* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Excellent interpersonal skills, decision making and time management.

* Excellent relationship building skills

* A passion for providing high quality, individualised care
