We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant with experience or keen interest in working with adolescents or adults, to work alongside our multi-disciplinary team ensuring the wellbeing and care of patients within our CAMHS or general acute wards.
The successful candidate will support and assist qualified staff in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care, the provision of practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with personal and therapeutic needs and facilitation of recreational activities.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their skills and experiences in observing and monitoring the well being of patients ensuring that any unusual occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.
