Nelson House is a modern and spacious 30 bed hospital catering for adult males, comprising of three wards. Victory Ward is an Assessment and Treatment service providing focused, personalised and proactive assessments and treatment interventions for patients with Learning Disability who present with complex needs and behaviors that may challenge. Trafalgar and Mary Rose Wards are rehabilitation and recovery services for patients with a long term mental illness who require intensive recovery support to move to a more independent setting. By having a focus on the development of skills for independence all wards provide a positive step for patients, many whose next step will be living in the community.

 Are you a passionate support worker looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker for our 12 bedded Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment Service on Victory Ward. The successful candidate will take on lead support worker duties, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained for the Service Users. The position involves role modelling to other support workers and working closely with the nursing team to ensure the safe and effective running of our set shift pattern.
