Our service is based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and provides a range of assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and specialist residential services to over 90 adults with a learning disability in a range of different environments suited to their individual needs including medium, low secure and rehabilitation.

In addition to a learning disability, many of our patients have complex needs including forensic histories, mental illness, ASC and Personality Disorders.  Most patients are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.


Overtime & HR Support Administrator

To provide support within the HR Department primarily in relation to the processing of on-site overtime/bank hours and related admin. This role will also provide clerical support to the HR and Recruitment Administrators.

The main duties will be:

•           Inputting and submission of bank hours and overtime in line with payroll deadlines

•           Processing of daily absence and return to work notifications

•           Supporting with tasks involving the on-site rostering system including annual leave

•           To assist and support with monthly payroll documentation

In addition:

•           To undertake a variety of administrative tasks within the HR department

•           To support with facilitation of employee engagement activities

•           To assist and provide department cover during periods of absence/annual leave

Person Specification:

•           A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

•           A good aptitude for figures

•           An ability to prioritise in order to meet strict deadlines

•           Good organisational skills and keen attention to detail

•           Previous experience within an administrative role is essential

•           Previous experience in HR is desirable but not essential for the role as full training will be provided
