Nurses in the Community

Bristol and surrounding areas – Various Locations

Salary aligned to NHS Agenda for Change

Joining as a Nurse in the community, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team of clinicians, working in a wide variety of settings. We’re the largest provider of Community Heathcare in Bristol, with over 40 NHS-funded services – from physiotherapy to podiatry, diabetes to dermatology, and a range of nursing teams delivering routine and specialist care to patients outside of hospital settings in the comfort of their own surroundings. We also work in partnership to provide healthcare for children, and patients in five prisons across the west of England.

Collaboration and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do. So, whatever your role with us, you’ll be fully supported and given opportunities to develop and grow.

You’re compassionate, collaborative, and resilient. Someone who thrives on the support of their team, and who loves to see those around them succeed. Someone who recognises their strengths and weaknesses, and grabs opportunities to develop their skills with both hands.

You do what you do because you want to make sure patients receive the care they deserve. The same care you’d want for your loved ones. This means truly taking the time to understand someone’s wishes and goals, and planning ahead to anticipate barriers. And you’re not afraid to challenge the views of others if it means better care.

You might have worked in a community setting before, or you might not. You might be an experienced clinician, or fresh out of university. Whoever you are, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, you can expect a NHS Agenda for Change salary, leave entitlement which recognises NHS continuous service, flexible pension options (including the NHS pension) and access to a wide range of other benefits including; salary sacrifice schemes, discounted gym membership, physiotherapy for staff and much more.

If you want to do what you do best and get even better in a supportive, people-first environment, we’d be good together.
