We are seeking a Newly Qualified Nurses to join our preceptorship programme at our nursing care home (general nursing unit) based at Cote Lane in Westbury-on-Trym.

Working alongside an experienced Nurse our structured Preceptorship programme is designed to enhance and maximise the skills you've learned already during your degree/diploma. In addition to the gaining hands-on nursing experience in the delivery of clinical excellence, the coaching and supervision offered by our experienced practitioners includes delivering the care planning process, risk assessments, a full working knowledge and understanding of the essential standards of quality and safety, the principles of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding vulnerable adults. As a qualified healthcare professional in general nursing, we know you've already achieved the necessary skills required to practice as a Nurse.
Successful applicants will possess exceptional communication, team working, supervisory and problem solving skills. Equally important is a collaborative approach to reviewing and developing care plans with residents. You'll be able to strike conversation with our residents and their family and friends. You'll be a people person through and through who enjoys working with older people. You can build strong relationships - ones based on trust and respect.
